We viewed Shantelle’s birth in 2005 with Down Syndrome not as a challenge, but as confirmation of the greatness God had set for her path. Out of this love and belief, Ziwa Farm was founded to secure Shantelle’s economic future. Today, it stands as the luminous manifestation of God’s blessings, shining brightest to our family and community.

Ziwa farm is located in Nyeri County, Mathira Sub-County, Kenya.

The farm is sandwiched between Mt.Kenya and Aberdare ranges, creating an exciting micro-climate for coffee

The farm is at 1900m above sea level

We have two seasons: April to July and October to December.

Plenty of wildlife at the Aberdare & Mt.Kenya National Parks where you will see all the big five.

The farm is approximately 126 km away from Nairobi. Roughly two hours by road.
